Restores Fy 09 funding to the Department of Agriculture for the State Cooperative Extension Service Trust Fund.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  All of the appropriations in this article are for State Fiscal Year 2009 and are in addition to any other appropriations in State Fiscal Year 2009 for these purposes.

    Section 10.  The sum of $2,140,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the FY 09 Budget Relief Fund to the Department of Agriculture for deposit into the State Cooperative Extension Service Trust Fund.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
