| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 381 by replacing |

| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Department of Public Health Powers and |

| Duties Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is |

| amended by adding Section 2310-655 as follows:

| (20 ILCS 2310/2310-655 new) |

| Sec. 2310-655. Fees and compensation. The Department may |
| 9 |
| establish fees and receive compensation for health-related |
| 10 |
| materials and services, including, but not limited to, data |
| 11 |
| collected by the Department for the healthcare industry. The |
| 12 |
| Director shall establish guidelines for determining fees for |
| 13 |
| the health-related materials and services that are provided by |
| 14 |
| the Department.".
