AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 415

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 415, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
4
2, on page 54, by replacing lines 13 through 16 with the 
5
following:

    "(f) For State fiscal year 2010 only, the continuing 
7
appropriations provided by this Section are equal to the amount 
8
certified by each System on or before December 31, 2008, less 
9
the gross proceeds of the bonds sold in fiscal year 2010 under 
10
the authorization contained in subsection (a) of Section 7.2 of 
11
the General Obligation Bond Act."; and

on page 56, by replacing lines 6 through 9 with the following:
