| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 679 by replacing |

| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Alternative Health Care Delivery Act is |

| amended by adding Section 85 as follows:

| (210 ILCS 3/85 new) |
| 7 |
| Sec. 85. City of Chicago facility; licensing. |
| 8 |
| Notwithstanding any law or rule to the contrary, a facility |
| 9 |
| located in the City of Chicago, on a designated site, which |
| 10 |
| shall have been licensed within the 10 years immediately before |
| 11 |
| becoming part of the alternative health care demonstration |
| 12 |
| program, shall be issued a license under the Hospital Licensing |
| 13 |
| Act.".
