    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 744, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

2, on page 31, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the

following:

"Board approval of the contract."; and

on page 157, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the 
8
following:

"electronic gaming licensee, except that an amount equal to 30% 
10
of each licensee's remaining balance after payment of taxes 
11
under Section 13 of this Act and operational costs incurred by 
12
the electronic gaming licensee shall be deposited into the 
13
Horse Racing Equity Fund."; and

on page 177, line 8, by replacing "for" with "beginning on 
15
January 1 of".
