| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of |

| Marriage Act is amended by changing Section 103 as follows:

| Sec. 103. Trial by Jury.) There shall be no trial by jury
