| AN ACT concerning transportation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 21 as follows:
|

| Sec. 21.
"Airport protection privileges" means easements |
| 8 |
| through or other
interests in air space over land or water, |
| 9 |
| interests in airport hazards
outside the

| airports or restricted landing areas, and other
protection |

| privileges, the acquisition or control of which is necessary to

| 12 |
| insure safe approaches to the landing areas of airports and |
| 13 |
| restricted
landing areas and the safe and efficient operation |

| thereof. |
