| AN ACT concerning transportation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 22 as follows:
|

| Sec. 22.
"Airport hazard" means any structure, object of |

| natural growth, or
use of land, which obstructs the
