    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Drug or Alcohol Impaired Minor

Responsibility Act is amended by changing Section 15 as 
6
follows:

    Sec. 15. 
Contributory negligence and
and contributory 
9
willful and wanton
conduct.  Neither contributory negligence 
10
nor contributory willful and wanton
conduct shall apply to any 
11
injured party claiming damages under this Act.
