    AN ACT concerning business.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Agricultural Co-Operative Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 1 as follows:

    Sec. 1. 
In order to promote, foster and
and encourage the 
8
intelligent and
orderly marketing of agricultural products 
9
through co-operation; to
eliminate speculation and waste; to 
10
make the distribution of agricultural
products between 
11
producer and consumer as direct as can be efficiently
done; to 
12
stabilize the marketing of agricultural products, and to 
13
provide
for the organization and incorporation of agricultural 
14
co-operative
associations and societies, this Act is passed.
