| AN ACT concerning employment.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Workers' Occupational Diseases Act is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing Section 13 as follows:
|

| Sec. 13. The
The Illinois Workers' Compensation
Commission |

| shall have jurisdiction over the
operation and administration |
| 9 |
| of this Act and it shall have, exercise,
perform and discharge |

| the same rights, powers and duties with reference
to this Act |
| 11 |
| as it shall have, exercise, perform and discharge with
|
| 12 |
| reference to the Workers' Compensation Act or any amendment |
| 13 |
| thereto or
modification thereof. |
