AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1133

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1133 by replacing

lines 14 through 23 on page 1 and lines 1 through 4 on page 2 
4
with the following:

"title IV, subtitle A), employers are urged to consult the 
6
Illinois Department of Labor's website for current information 
7
on the accuracy of E-Verify and to review and understand an 
8
employer's legal responsibilities relating to the use of the 
9
voluntary E-Verify program."; and

on page 2, line 17, by inserting ", Westat," after "Office"; 
11
and
 
12
on page 3, line 22, by inserting after "employees" the 
13
following:

".  The employer must maintain the signed original of the

attestation form prescribed by the IDOL, as well as all CBT

certificates of completion and make them available for
