    AN ACT concerning State government.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Commission on the Elimination of Poverty Act

is amended  by changing Section 1 as follows:

    (20 ILCS 4080/1)

    Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the

Commission on the Elimination of Poverty Act.
