line 20, by inserting "smokeable" after "flavored"; and

on page 2, line 22, by inserting "smokeable" after "flavored";

and

on page 3, line 20, by replacing "distinguishable" with

"predominant"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:

"smokeable tobacco products and cigars) produced by the 
10
tobacco"; and

on page 4, line 15, by replacing "tobacco" with "smokeable 
12
tobacco"; and

on page 4, line 22, by inserting "smokeable" after "the"; and
