| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Illinois Plumbing License Law is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 26 as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 26.
All final administrative decisions of the

| Director hereunder shall
be subject to judicial review pursuant |
| 9 |
| to the provisions of the Administrative
Review Law, and all |
| 10 |
| amendments and modifications thereof, and the rules
adopted |
| 11 |
| pursuant thereto. The term "administrative decision" is |
| 12 |
| defined
as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure. |
