    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1601, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

2, on page 34, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with "private

investment; including any direct or indirect costs relating to

Green Globes or LEED certified construction elements or 
7
construction elements with an equivalent certification;"; and

on page 34, by replacing lines 16 and 17 with "improvements, 
9
"including any direct or indirect costs relating to Green 
10
Globes or LEED certified construction elements or construction 
11
elements with an equivalent certification, except"; and
 
12
on page 54, immediately below line 13, by inserting the 
13
following:

    "(y)  "Green Globes certified" means any certification 
15
level of construction elements by a qualified Green Globes 
16
