Appropriates $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the assessment of physical fitness levels of students.  Effective July 1, 2009.

$ISBE-ASSESS PHYSICAL FITNESS

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $300,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the assessment of physical fitness levels of students under Sections 10-20.46 and 34-18.37 of the School Code.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
