| 5 | IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS

| 6 | Amend Senate Bill 1682 on page 49, immediately below line | ||||||
| 7 | 19, by inserting the following:
| ||||||
| 8 | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on | ||||||
| 9 | January 31, 2010.".
