    I move to accept the specific recommendations of the

Governor as to Senate Bill 1698 in manner and form as follows:

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1698

IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS

    Amend Senate Bill 1698 on page 2, line 8, by replacing 
7
"executive director" with "Chairman"; and

on page 2, line 12, by replacing "(4) Members" with "(4) Four 
9
members"; and
 
10
on page 2, below line 18, by inserting the following:
11
            "(D) One other member."; and
 
12
on page 2, line 19, by replacing "executive director" with 
13
"Chairman"; and
 
14
on page 2, line 23, by replacing "Director of the Division of 
15
Financial" with "Secretary"; and
 
16
on page 2, line 24, by deleting "Institutions".
