| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 51 of the 96th

| General Assembly, as enrolled, becomes law, then Senate Bill 51 |

| of the 96th
General Assembly is amended by changing Section |

| 99-99 as follows:
