    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1833 on page 2, by

replacing line 24 through 25 with the following:

    "(f) In the absence of law enforcement traffic control 
5
assistance for a funeral procession, a funeral director or his 
6
or her designee may direct
traffic during a funeral 
7
procession.".
