| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1852

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1852 on page 6, by |

| replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following: |

| "(m) Automated traffic law enforcement systems described |
| 5 |
| in item (1) of subsection (a) of this Section are authorized |
| 6 |
| only in the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, Madison, |
| 7 |
| McHenry, St. Clair, and Will and municipalities located within |
| 8 |
| those counties. |
| 9 |
| (n) Automated traffic law enforcement systems described in |
| 10 |
| item (2) of subsection (a) of this Section are authorized only |
| 11 |
| in the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will |
| 12 |
| and municipalities located within those counties.

| 13 |
| (m) This Section applies only to the counties of Cook, |
| 14 |
| DuPage, Kane, Lake, Madison, McHenry, St. Clair, and Will and |
| 15 |
| to municipalities located within those counties.".
