    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1877, AS AMENDED,

as follows:

in Section 10, Sec. 356z.15, subsection (a), the sentence

beginning "A group or individual policy", by deleting "health 
6
spending account"; and

in Section 10, Sec. 356z.15, subsection (a), the sentence 
8
beginning "The insured or enrollee may", by deleting ", or 
9
demonstrative compliance with
treatment recommendations as 
10
determined by the health insurer
or managed care plan"; and
 
11
in Section 10, Sec. 356z.15, subsection (f), the sentence 
12
beginning "A reward,", by deleting "health spending account".
