| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1912 by replacing |

| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Illinois Finance Authority Act is amended |

| by changing Section 801-25 as follows:

| Sec. 801-25. All official acts of the
