| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1920, by replacing |

| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act |

| is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

| Sec. 1. Applicability. This Act shall regulate and |
| 8 |
| determine legal rights,
remedies and obligations of the the |
| 9 |
| parties to any lease of a mobile home or
mobile home lot in a |
| 10 |
| mobile home park containing five or more mobile homes
within |
| 11 |
| this State. Any lease, written or oral, shall be unenforceable |
| 12 |
| insofar
as any provision thereof conflicts with any provision |
| 13 |
| of this Act.
