| AN ACT concerning regulation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989 |

| is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
|

Nothing in this Act prevents any person from being |
