| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:

| "chairperson or president of each county within which the |
| 6 |
| community college district lies. Each of these persons shall be |
| 7 |
| entitled to one vote for each vote that was received in the |
| 8 |
| previous election for community college trustees in his or her |
| 9 |
| county. The seventh trustee and chairperson of the board of |
| 10 |
| trustees shall serve 5-year terms.".
