| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2089, AS AMENDED, |

| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 8 through 13 with the |

| following:

| " districts as equally as possible into 3 groups. Beginning in |

| 2013 and every 10 years thereafter, trustees and their |
| 8 |
| successors from the first group shall be elected for successive |
| 9 |
| terms of 4 years, 4 years and 2 years and trustees and their |
| 10 |
| successors from the second group shall be elected for |
| 11 |
| successive terms of 4 years, 2 years and 4 years and trustees |
| 12 |
| from the third group shall be elected for successive terms of 2 |
| 13 |
| years, 4 years and 4 years. One trustee shall be elected from |
| 14 |
| each";

| and on page 2, by replacing line 17 with the following: |
