AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2093

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2093 on page 1, by

replacing line 17 with the following:

"Fund.  Not more than $4,500,000 of the Community Mental Health 
5
Medicaid Trust Fund may be used by the Department of Human 
6
Services' Division of Mental Health for oversight and 
7
administration of community mental health services, and of that 
8
amount no more than $1,000,000 may be used for the support of 
9
community mental health service initiatives. The remainder 
10
shall be used for the purchase of community mental health"; and


 
11
on page 2, by replacing lines 16 through 21 with the following; 
 
12
"not subject to administrative charge-backs."; and
 
13
on page 5, by replacing lines 2 through 7 with the following:
