Appropriates $400,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the Addison Creek Restoration Commission for purposes related to the floodplain management. Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 6. The sum of $400,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the Addison Creek Restoration Commission for purposes related to the floodplain management.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
