Appropriates $1,900,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to Vital Bridges for costs associated with construction of a nutrition and grocery center facility and related equipment purchases. Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,900,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to Vital Bridges for costs associated with construction of a nutrition and grocery center facility and related equipment purchases.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
