| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2483

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2483, on page 12, |

| by replacing lines 2 through 9 with the following: |

| "(19) "Electrician " means a person employed on a |
| 5 |
| full-time basis by a Department in the position of |
| 6 |
| electrician to work on high voltage systems. For the |
| 7 |
| purpose of this item (19), "high voltage" means all |
| 8 |
| voltages from 120 volts to 13,500 volts alternating current |
| 9 |
| and 100 volts or more direct current.".
