| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 5, line 24, after "year", by inserting "and through |

| the 2019-2020 school year"; and

| on page 6, line 2, after the period, by inserting "After the |
| 7 |
| 2019-2020 school year, a custodian of a qualifying pupil who |
| 8 |
| received a voucher under this program is entitled to a renewal |
| 9 |
| of that voucher subject to Section 40 of this Act."; and
|
| 10 |
| on page 9, line 15, after the period, by inserting "If the |
| 11 |
| enrollment of pupils receiving services obtained through |
| 12 |
| School Choice Vouchers in a nonpublic school exceeds 20% of the |
| 13 |
| total enrollment of the nonpublic school, then all students |
| 14 |
| enrolled in the nonpublic school shall be assessed in that year |
| 15 |
| in the same manner as Illinois' public school students.".
