| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 1, line 12, after "court.", by inserting the |

| following:

| "If within 30 days after the court approves the withdrawal of |
| 7 |
| an attorney from representing a representative, a motion is |
| 8 |
| filed for an extension of time for the filing of a petition for |
| 9 |
| fees and costs, the court may grant additional time for the |
| 10 |
| filing of that petition.".
