| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2538 on page 4, by |

| replacing lines 1 through 5 with the following: |

| "1, 2011 2004, a community college district must maintain a

| minimum required combined in-district tuition and universal
|
| 6 |
| fee rate per semester credit hour equal to 85% of the
|
| 7 |
| State-average combined rate, as determined by the State Board,
|
| 8 |
| the total revenue received by a community college district".
