| 9 | | (a) The following
Acts are repealed
on January 1, 2011:

| 10 | | The Fire Equipment Distributor and Employee Regulation Act |
| 11 | | of 2000. |
| 12 | | (b) The following Act is repealed on November 30, 2011: |
| 13 | | The Medical Practice Act of 1987.
