AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2800




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2800 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended  by 
5changing Section 4.21 as follows:
 



6    (5 ILCS 80/4.21)



7    Sec. 4.21. Acts repealed on January 1, 2011 and November 
830, 2011. 
9    (a) The following
Acts are repealed
on January 1, 2011:

10    The Fire Equipment Distributor and Employee Regulation Act 
11of 2000.
12    (b) The following Act is repealed on November 30, 2011:
13    The Medical Practice Act of 1987.
