| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3047 on page 2, |

| line 15, by replacing "accomplish" with "accomplish, subject to |

| appropriation,"; and

| on page 5, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following: |

| "30, 2005. Each State Representative and State Senator
located |

each such congressional district shall be invited to |

| participate in

and help to |

| gather"; and
|
| 10 |
| on page 6, line 1, after "insurers,", by inserting |
