AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3091

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3091, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
4
1, on page 8, line 16, after "property", by inserting the 
5
following:

"that is not a posted snowmobile trail, and other than a person 
7
operating a snowmobile on property other than a posted 
8
snowmobile trail in which the owner of the property has given 
9
his or her written or oral consent to the person to  operate a 
10
snowmobile on the property"; and


 
11
on page 9, by replacing lines 3 through 4 with the following:

"pursuant to this Section 3-13. Nothing herein shall"; and
 
13
on page 9, line 16, after "offense", by inserting the 
14
following:
15
"and shall be required to pay a fine in excess of $500, but not 
16
more than $1,000"; and
