AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3176

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3176 on page 3, by 
3
inserting immediately below line 23 the following:
4
    "Any sexual predator who lacks a fixed residence must 
5
report every other day, in person, with the sheriff's office of 
6
the county in which he or she is located if the location is in 
7
an unincorporated area, or with the chief of police in the 
8
municipality in which he or she is located. The agency of 
9
jurisdiction shall document each such registration to include 
10
all the locations where the person has stayed during the past 2 
11
days."; and

on page 3, line 24, by inserting ", other than a sexual 
13
predator," after "person".
