| on page 3, line 10, by replacing "and" with ","; and

| on page 3, line 11, after "pounds", by inserting ", and the |

| driver of the cargo tank vehicle notifies the appropriate |

| agency or agencies with jurisdiction over the highway before |
| 9 |
| driving the vehicle on the highway pursuant to this |
| 10 |
| subsection".
