| on page 1, line 20, after the period, by inserting the |

| following:

| "The Board shall use existing reports and data from the |

| Illinois Energy Efficiency Committee created by Executive |

| Order 2009-07, the Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption |
| 8 |
| Survey, the Residential Energy Consumption Survey, and other |
| 9 |
| available sources."; and

| on page 1, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:
