| Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing |

| Section 4.30 as follows:

| The Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act. |

| The Perfusionist Practice Act.

| The Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989. |
