| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 2, on page 2, by replacing lines 16 through 19 with the |

| following:

| "paying such wages to the employee up to an amount equal to
|
| 7 |
| twice the sum of unpaid wages due the employee. Such employer
|
| 8 |
| shall also be liable to the Department of Labor for 20% of such
|
| 9 |
| unpaid wages. All moneys recovered as fees and civil |
| 10 |
| penalties".
