| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3627 by replacing |

| line 17 on page 1 through line 3 on page 2 with the following:

| "(a-5) All third-party sales representatives engaged in |

| the marketing of retail electricity supply must, prior to the |
| 6 |
| customer signing a
contract, disclose that they are not |

| employed by the electric utility operating in the applicable |
| 8 |
| service territory."; and

| on page 2, by replacing lines 14 through 17 with the following: |
| 10 |
| "own behalf, any person acting exclusively on behalf of a |
| 11 |
| single alternative retail electric supplier on condition that |
| 12 |
| exclusivity is disclosed to any third party contracted in such |
| 13 |
| agent capacity, any person or".
