| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3695, AS AMENDED, |

| by inserting immediately after subsection (d) of Sec. 6z-82 of |

| Section 5 the following: |

| "(e) The State Police Operations Assistance Fund shall not |

| be subject to administrative chargebacks."; and

| by inserting immediately after subsection (b) of Sec. 8p of |

| Section 5 the following: |

| "(c) The State Police Streetgang-Related Crime Fund shall |

| not be subject to administrative chargebacks.".
