AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3762

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3762 as follows:

on page 4, by replacing lines 20 through 21 with "dates of 
4
service in the month in which the enhanced federal matching 
5
percentage originally set forth in the American Recovery and 
6
Reinvestment Act (ARRA) expires and for dates of service in the 
7
month prior to that month and shall, no later than the 15th of 
8
the month in which the enhanced federal matching percentage 
9
expires, submit these vouchers to the"; and
 
10
on page 4, by replacing lines 25 through 26 with "facilities so 
11
that the necessary data for all dates of service before the 
12
expiration of the enhanced federal matching percentage 
13
originally set forth in the American Recovery and Reinvestment 
14
Act (ARRA) can be adjudicated by the Department no later than 
15
the 15th of the month in which the enhanced federal matching 
16
percentage expires."; and
