| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |

| 2, on page 5, line 16, after the period, by inserting the |

| following: |

| "The federal financial revenues generated from claims |
| 7 |
| submitted by DHS/Division of Mental Health funded |
| 8 |
| community-based providers for community Medicaid mental health |
| 9 |
| services under 59 Illinois Administrative Code 132 shall be |
| 10 |
| deposited into the Community Mental Health Medicaid Trust Fund |
| 11 |
| in a prompt and timely manner.".
