SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Upper Illinois River Valley Development Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $292,930, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Upper Illinois River Valley Development Authority for replenishment of a draw on the Debt Service Reserve Fund backing bonds issued on behalf of Waste Recovery – Illinois and related trustee and legal expenses.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
