Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to meet  the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011:

PAYABLE FROM GENERAL REVENUE FUND

  For Personal Services............................ 932,600

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 71,300

  For Contractual Services......................... 209,500

  For Travel........................................ 74,000

  For Commodities.................................... 8,700

  For Printing....................................... 5,400

  For Equipment.......................................... 0

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 17,600

  For Telecommunications Services................... 19,000

    Total                                        $1,338,100

    Section 10.  The amount of $200,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for all costs associated with the purchase and operation of vehicles and equipment.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
